did a google search of my name and found my inactive account on Daily Booth. full of photos of myself before I lost all the weight. wow. embarrassing to post them, but I don’t have too many “before” photos of myself.

Old photos of me do make me upset. I went through and deleted a lot of them off of social networks and stuff because I’m embarrassed by it. I also get upset when I think that no one ever told me how big I was. But they probably just did it because they didn’t want to hurt my feelings, since I was just as oblivious to my weight gain. But I guess that doesn’t matter since I realized how unhealthy I was and made a change for the better. :)

that photo of me before is painful and embarrassing to post. that was me at my biggest and I was completely oblivious to how obese and unhealthy I was. I’m ashamed to post it, but proud at the same time because it proves how hard I’ve worked and how much of a change I’ve made in my life.

okay. I’ll post them sometime today.

really, all I did was count calories and work out at least three times a week. that’s all. people are always so amazed that I can lose so much by doing something so simple, but that’s what I did. I would limit myself to around 1,500 calories a day. I also did things like give up soda and not eat fast food anymore. but that’s all. it got harder for me to lose weight when I got in the 130, but I just stuck with it and now I’m a pound away from my goal. :)
